Fullerton Property Maintenance carried out plumbing for a bar sink for a commercial client on Oxford Street, London: the water supply to the sink, the sink's waste, and the connection of that waste into the existing waste system.
The scope was clear: water in, waste out. What made it a demanding job was the space, with very little room to work.
A bar sink needs a water supply and a waste connection. The job was to plumb the water pipe for the sink, connect the sink waste, and connect the waste pipe into the existing waste system.
Connecting the waste pipe to the existing waste pipe was the difficult part. There was very limited space, and very little allowance for positioning the pipe.
The photo was taken during the work, in the restricted space beneath the bar. It shows the white waste and water pipework and the sink bowl, with a cordless drill alongside, and gives a sense of the access the plumbing had to be done in.
The plumbing work was successfully completed: the sink's water supply and waste connected, including the waste connection into the existing waste pipe.
