Flooring
Flooring problems are often more than cosmetic — what's underneath matters as much as the finish on top. Fullerton Property Maintenance handles flooring repair and remedial work properly, addressing the cause rather than covering it over.
Suited to homeowners with damaged or tired floors and to landlords and agents who need a floor made good — across Central and West London, South-West London, Croydon and surrounding areas.

Floor repair and remedial work, carried out with care for what's underneath as much as what's seen.
Flooring Questions
Which flooring types do you work with?
Laminate, engineered wood and solid wood flooring, plus floorboard replacement, sanding, varnishing and finishing — see the list above.
Do you repair damaged floors or only fit new ones?
Both. We handle remedial work such as floorboard replacement and minor subfloor repairs as well as installation, because the condition of what's underneath decides how long the finish lasts.
Can I send photos of the damage?
Yes — a photo of the whole floor and a close-up of the damage help us tell you whether we can quote remotely or should see it first.
